This unique kits caters to those living with the middle to later stages of dementia and contains an assortment of activities and resources that encourage social engagement and success with daily activities. These kits were developed with the goal of keeping the brain active, entertained and helping to prevent isolation and stigma. * Kits are free to borrow with a valid library account. * Kits must be returned during library opening hours (Uxbridge or Zephyr locations) as they will not fit through the book drop. * The replacement cost of a lost or damaged kit is dependent on the individual kit and items within. * Kits can be taken out for a 2-week loan period and can be renewed as long as another patron has not reserved the item. * Please contact the library if you are unable to return the kit by the assigned due date to avoid late fees. * Kits accrue late fees of $1 per day. * Where applicable, kit items are sanitized between uses.

Jungle Cat World Wildlife Park library pass #1 : Family Pass (2 adults and 3 children) /


Adult residents of the Township of Uxbridge with a current library card may book a pass online at www.uxlib.com under Item Detail Information or call the library at 905-852-9747. Passes can be borrowed for one week. Passes cannot be renewed. Limit of one pass at a time. Return passes in person at the library or in the library drop box. Passes not returned incur a $150 replacement fee. This pass is subject to blackout dates if chosen by the venue. No renewals. Late fee is $5.00 per day. There is a $210 replacement fee for lost or damaged passes. A partnership of the Uxbridge Public Library and ROM.
